CHICAGO, ILLINOIS FREEDOM REPORT:
Pastor Bob's first visit to the Chicago area in two years
resulted in a capacity crowd, most of whom had never
attended a Spiritual Freedom Seminar. They weren't
disappointed after seeing the dramatic deliverance of a man
named Scott, who had been molested by an uncle at the age of
seven. As Pastor Bob ministered to Scott, he noticed how
Scott described his affection for his uncle and talked about
how much his uncle loved him. This led to the revelation
that a lying spirit had twisted what happened. Because Scott
wasn't wanted by his mother, in the womb, as a child he had
wrongly interpreted his uncle's violation as a loving act. A
demon of perversion bragged, "We give him bad dreams." Scott
acknowledged how he had nightmares of molesting other
children. Though, as a committed Christian, Scott knew he
would never do such a thing, he was tormented by the dreams.
"I've been to others for deliverance and have gotten some
relief, but I'm still not free," Scott lamented. Pastor Bob
explained that the root of his bondage was a lie that he had
believed at seven years of age - that his uncle really loved
him and that such a despicable act was really done in
kindness. When that lie was renounced, Pastor Bob took Scott
back emotionally to the time he was molested. He fell to the
floor in a fetal position crying out, "Please don't touch
me." The demon of Perversion, who at first was defiant, now
had his power broken. Pastor Bob called on the angel of
purity to smite Perversion, and the demon threw Scott on the
floor in violent convulsions. After Perversion was cast out,
Scott hugged his wife, Laura, in jubilation of what God had
done.
